Meet Our Leadership Team
Matthew Lesher
Principal & CEO
Matthew Lesher is the CEO of Stakkd, where he brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning real estate, manufacturing, and legal and financial advisors to companies. As CEO, Lesher is responsible for the growth of Stakkd’s Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) business while leading innovative initiatives in industrial, cold storage and self-storage real estate development. His focus on long-term strategy, operational excellence, and financial performance is central to the company’s mission, as he works to foster and strengthen key strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Stakkd, Lesher served as Chief Financial Officer at Browning Real Estate Partners, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and advancing its real estate development portfolio. His diverse background includes leading an international manufacturing firm and serving as Chief Operating Officer for both manufacturing and startup companies. Lesher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Juris Doctor degree. He is also an active volunteer, providing financial and legal counsel for The Catherine Peachey Fund.
Illsang Chi
Principal & Operations Executive
Co-founder of Stakkd Storage, Ilsang is a Principal and Executive Officer overseeing international customer, partner, supplier, vendor relationships, all aspects of automated storage and retrieval systems sales and supply chain management, and sharing responsibility for corporate strategy, business development and growth. Ilsang started his professional career with Samsung. From there, he joined a worldwide Korean software company in California, serving as General Manager, where he became familiar with automation and the IoT. Since 2007, he has worked in the automated warehouse industry, applying his expertise in automation to the material handling and logistics industry. Ilsang has led teams responsible for supplying and installing several high rise ASRS systems in the U.S.
Grayson Scott
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Grayson Scott is a Director and leader of Strategic Partnerships at Stakkd, where he helps align supply chain and real estate stakeholders to develop optimal logistics infrastructure strategies.
Prior to joining Stakkd, Grayson was a member of CBRE’s Supply Chain Advisory global consulting practice, where he served on the leadership team for the Americas. There, he supported clients through supply chain transformations, overseeing solution design, engagement delivery, and thought leadership. He also served on CBRE’s Global Supply Chain Collective and Industrial Leadership Team.
Grayson began his career at H-E-B in San Antonio, TX, where he was a member of several internal advisory teams focused on retail strategy, procurement, supply chain, operations, and finance. Additionally, Grayson attended the University of Arkansas, where he received his Bachelor of Science in business administration, majoring in supply chain management.
Outside of Stakkd, Grayson is an active volunteer and a member of the American Cancer Society’s GenNow Network, Houston, TX chapter.

Greg Martin
Principal of Stakkd and COO of Milhaus
Greg Martin is the co-founder and COO of Milhaus. Greg leads the Development, Construction, Asset Management, IT and Property Management teams ensuring best-of-class execution across all departments. Greg’s projects total over $900M of which he’s experienced at development, brokerage, construction, asset management, appraisal and market analysis of investment grade properties. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University with majors in Finance and Real Estate.
Tadd Miller is the co-founder and CEO of Milhaus. He has led the development, finance and construction of $1.5 billion of urban multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the Midwest and Southeast. At Milhaus, Tadd leads corporate strategy and business development and serves on the Milhaus, LLC Board of Directors. Tadd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University, Executive Education Series from Harvard Business School, MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, JD from Indiana University School of Law.

Andy Lahr
Principal of Stakkd and CFO of Onyx + East
Andy leads the financial strategy of Onyx+East and is responsible for financial and business execution. At O+E he oversees multiple divisions, including finance, accounting, IT, legal, risk management, administration and HR. He also establishes capital sources for projects and investment, provides investment oversight and shares reports with investors and shareholders. Before joining Onyx+East, Andy was one of four co-founders of Milhaus, a vertically integrated, multi-family and mixed-use real estate and investment firm. As the former CFO/COO, he led the financial operational expansion from a four-person to 300-person enterprise across nine markets over an eight-year period—exponentially increasing profitability and enterprise value during that time.
